PRESIDENT
The overseer of all functions. Prepares agendas, tends to administrative matters ($$$) (i.e.: Monetary help for Soph), public relations (i.e.: advertisement and communication w/KC personnel, public, and community). *Plans Homecoming events/meeting topics and location.* Conducts meetings and appoints new board members. Serves on scholarship committee.
VICE PRESIDENT
Organizer of events (i.e.: Spring Once…Always Twirling Clinic & Fall Legacy Clinic). Names committee members for various events and oversees the running of them. Appoints TOPS Camp director. Will conduct meetings in absence of the presidents. Serves on scholarship committee.
SECRETARY
Minutes of Meetings. Gathers/writes articles for newsletter. Oversees our student and alumni mailing lists as needed. Administrator of KCT website and Adopt-A-Twirler program. Keeps track of membership. Will conduct meetings in the absence of the Pres or VP. Serves on scholarship committee.
TREASURER
Maintaing Once...Always and Kilgore College Twirlers budget. Keeping board apprised of alumni spending.
*All four officers will assist each other to ensure a well-run, conscientious organization.
DIRECTOR/CHOREOGRAPHER
Will keep lines of communication open between the alumni organization and the current twirlers. Organizes the Kilgore College Twirlers All-Star clinic. Serves on scholarship committee.
BOARD MEMBERS
Expected to attend all board meetings and volunteer at events throughout their years of service.
CAMP DIRECTOR
Organizes TOPS Twirling Camp.
